Multilingual Education

Dr. Aradhana Mudambi is a national expert on multilingual education. She is the author of Puzzle Pieces: A Systems Approach to Multilingual Education. She believes in a collectivist approach to education where all teachers and administrators across multilingual programs can work together rather than in silos to maximize student achievement. She has been a district leader, having started and improved Dual Language, Sheltered English Immersion, and World Language programs at her districts, a building leader, and a Dual Language, TBE, and ESL teacher. She has worked in five different states and five different countries. She has her doctorate from Harvard University in Educational Policy, Leadership, and Instructional Practice. She brings her vast experience and love for students to the work she does.
